1. Platform Role as Intermediary Carzone provides listing, search, and contact services. We are not a party to, guarantor of, or insurer of any vehicle transactions, as these are strictly bilateral agreements between the buyer and seller.
2. Listing Accuracy & Prohibited Content Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing information. Deliberate misrepresentation will result in account suspension. Listings for stolen vehicles, fraudulent listings, or vehicles with undisclosed liens are strictly prohibited.
3. Payments Payments processed through Carzone cover listing publication fees only. Any payments for vehicle purchases must be arranged directly between the buyer and seller outside of the platform.
4. No Warranty Carzone provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding any vehicles listed on the platform. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct independent inspections before making a purchase.
5. Account Responsibility & Content License Users are fully responsible for all activity under their account; sharing phone numbers or transferring accounts is prohibited. By posting a listing, users grant Carzone a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content.
6. Termination Rights Carzone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, providing notice and an appeal opportunity except in cases of fraud or illegal activity
